Rolled Vachetta Leather Collar / Slip Collar

Our rolled collar is crafted from a single cut of Tuscan Vachetta leather--a supple full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather--that is hand-stitched around a firm bridle leather core. The rolled design helps prevent tangles around your dog's neck area, making it a great choice for dogs with coats prone to matting. 'Baseball stitching' joins both sides of the leather outer in a clean, flat seam that won't irritate your dog's neck like bulging, machine-stitched seams can. 

The solid brass hardware is resistant to corrosion and will age beautifully alongside the Vachetta. By connecting the swivel snap to the sliding O-ring and the stationary O-ring to your dog's leash, you can create a slip collar that provides effective guidance and correction for your pup by tightening when pulled.

Sizing note: Please select the size that is closest to your dog's actual neck girth; we will make the leather section of your collar exactly that long. The brass hardware adds 1.75"-2" to the overall collar length, ensuring a comfortable fit.
